  • Two half-payments due June 2 and November 2

  • Twelve monthly payments due June through May; electronically drafted on the 2nd day of each month*

Covenant is pleased to announce that we will partner with Smart Tuition Management Company for our tuition payments:

Smart Tuition FAQ

If payment is not received by June 10, Covenant is released from the obligation to guarantee a child's space for the upcoming school year. Students enrolling at Covenant after June 5th must pay the first tuition payment at enrollment.

Continuously Enrolled Students

If current school year tuition has not been paid in full by May 11, Covenant is released from any obligation to guarantee a child's space for the upcoming school year and the re-enrollment fee will not be reimbursed.

FINANCIAL AID PROGRAM

Covenant recognizes that a private school education can be a financial sacrifice for many families, and so we offer a Financial Aid Program to help offset those costs. Financial aid is awarded on the basis of economic need as determined by Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST), which is a division of the Independent School Management (ISM) company. Financial aid is available to families with students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Please note that Covenant admission and the Financial Aid Program are separate processes; however, families are encouraged to apply for admission and financial aid at the same time. For more information about Financial Aid, please download our financial assistance policy.  In order to ensure your FA application is considered in the first round of awards, your application and all supporting documentation should be submitted to FAST no later than February 28.

Step 2: Send Your Tax Documents to ISM/FAST
