Affording Covenant
Covenant recognizes that a private school education can be a financial sacrifice for many families and can be especially challenging for families with multiple children. We offer a generous Tuition Assistance Program to help offset total tuition costs. This program is available to all families with students from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
Tuition Assistance is awarded on the basis of need as determined by Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST), a division of the Independent School Management (ISM) company.
We recommend scheduling a private one-on-one campus visit, which is an excellent opportunity to discuss your family's situation or financial concerns with our Admissions Director. These visits also allow prospective parents to witness our students learning in the classroom and experience our school first hand.

Tuition Payment Options
Once a student has been offered admission at Covenant, families must pay the registration fee and sign a tuition contract. Tuition may be paid in one of three ways:
- One payment due on or before June 2
- Two half-payments due on or before June 2 and November 2
- Twelve monthly payments due June through May; electronically drafted on the 2nd day of each month*
Covenant partners with Smart Tuition Management Company for our tuition payments:
If payment is not received by June 10, Covenant is released from the obligation to guarantee a child's space for the upcoming school year. Students enrolling at Covenant after June 5th must pay the first tuition payment at enrollment.
Continuously Enrolled Students
If current school year tuition has not been paid in full by May 11, Covenant is released from any obligation to guarantee a child's space for the upcoming school year and the re-enrollment fee will not be reimbursed.
