PARENT Resources and Links
The Covenant Preparatory School strives to keep our parents informed on all policies, procedures and events. This page contains a myriad of links, forms and resources to help you stay informed.
During the school year, the majority of communication received from teachers and staff will be via email and in Friday’s “The Quick Click”, our weekly newsletter. Emergency announcements such as unexpected school closures due to weather, will be communicated by text message and email.
In order for us keep you informed about all aspects of the school, please notify the Front Desk personnel of any address, email, phone number, or other changes that need to be made to your information in our database.
We are grateful that you have partnered with Covenant for your child’s education!
Please call the school at 281-359-1090 or email Mrs. McCormick by 8:30 a.m. if your child is ill or will be unexpectedly absent from school.
Prior notification should be provided to the school for absences because of family trips, church activities, etc.

Due to our construction and the presence of utility vehicles/workmen, Covenant’s drop off and pick up procedures have changed significantly.
Arrival – All students in grades PK through 12th grade will be dropped off in the morning under the crimson awning on the east side of the building.
Dismissal – PreK through 1st grade will be picked up on the side of the building that runs parallel with Hamblen Road.
2nd through 12th grade will be picked up in the same location as morning drop off.
NOTE: Older siblings are picked up at the younger sibling pick up location
Please read the Pickup and Drop off instructions carefully.
Our after-school enrichment program offers our younger students the opportunity to experience a variety of activities from sports, to science, to the arts. Classes are offered after school for about an hour and there will be fall semester classes and spring semester classes.
